Online Booking – Terms & Conditions
1. Appointment Requests & Confirmation
- Online bookings are requests and are subject to availability.
- All online booking prices include a standard trip/service call fee. Additional travel outside our service area will be quoted prior to service.
- Appointments are considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation by email or text.
2. Pricing & Estimates
- Online prices are estimates only unless explicitly stated as flat-rate.
- Final pricing may vary based on actual scope of work, materials required, site conditions, or unforeseen issues discovered on arrival.
- Any price changes will be discussed and approved before work continues.
3. Service Scope
- Services are limited to minor to mid-level home repairs, installations, and maintenance.
- We do not perform work requiring licensed trades (e.g., major electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or structural work) unless otherwise stated.
4. Access & Work Area
- The customer is responsible for ensuring safe, clear access to the work area at the scheduled time.
- Pets must be secured, and utilities (power, water, internet if applicable) must be available as needed.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service or trip charge.
6. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept approved electronic payment methods listed on our website or invoice.
- Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees.
7. Materials & Parts
- Customer-supplied materials must be present at the time of service and suitable for installation.
- We are not responsible for defects or failures of customer-supplied items. Some repairs may not be able to be completed with customer-supplied items, in those cases, trip charges will still be applied and are not refundable. We will work with you on a solution.
8. Satisfaction & Warranty
- Workmanship issues must be reported within a reasonable time after service completion.
- Warranty applies to labor only and does not cover normal wear, misuse, or manufacturer defects.
9. Property Conditions & Liability
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or issues beyond reasonable visual inspection.
- Customer agrees to disclose known hazards or conditions that could affect the work.
10. Photos & Documentation
- We may take before-and-after photos for documentation and quality assurance.
- Photos will not include personal identifying details and may be used for marketing unless requested otherwise.
- You may decline to have us post photos of work progress or completed online for the purpose of marketing.
11. Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, misrepresentation of work scope, or inappropriate behavior.
