We strive to be in person in 24 hours or less if you so choose.  Otherwise we will schedule a time that is convenient for you.


We can provide materials and supplies for an additional fee, or you can supply your own materials if you prefer.  If you are providing your own materials, please be aware that we may not be able to complete the work with those materials.  Depending on the quality or fit.  However, we do strive to use your provided materials whenever possible, that way you get exactly what you want and it saves time.  If you have questions regarding this, please let us know.


We take safety very seriously and always wear personal protective gear when necessary. We also follow all safety guidelines and regulations for each job.  


Yes, we perform routine background checks and they can be provided upon request for your peace of mind.


Yes we are fully insured with above industry standard insurance.


Service or trip charges are industry standard and help ensure that we can continue to operate.


Yes.  We strive to put together quotes for specific jobs as a flate rate, with everything included (trip, parts, labor, etc.)  This helps to avoid extra hourly fees as well if a project takes longer than expected.


Possibly!  It depends on a few factors.  If the job is straightforward, we will send you a quote via text or email.  If it is a more complicated quote and is close, at our discretion we may send someone out for a free assessment.


Trip/Service charges are not refundable   because time, travel, and scheduling are committed once the appointment is confirmed. If a refund is warranted, it will be issued at our discretion. 


 Yes. A trip/service charge applies to cover travel time and basic setup. This fee may be included in your booking price or listed separately depending on the service. 


Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are typically charged the trip/service fee. 


Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Completed work is generally non-refundable, but we will always work with you to resolve any concerns. 


Yes. We stand behind our workmanship. If there’s an issue related to the work performed, please contact us promptly so we can make it right. 


We do not perform:

  • Major electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work 
  • Structural modifications
  • Roofing or large-scale construction
  • Permitted or licensed trade work beyond handyman scope

If you’re unsure, just ask.


We work hard to schedule to your needs.  If we are booked up or cannot come together with a schedule that works for you, we will let you know right away.  We understand you are busy and we won't play games with your time.
