 I started Jensen Home Solutions because homeowners deserve better than missed calls, vague pricing, and rushed work. I wanted to build a business where showing up on time, communicating clearly, and respecting someone’s home weren’t “extras”—they were the baseline. This business exists to make home repairs less stressful and a lot more reliable. 

 My standards were shaped by my own experiences as a homeowner. I’ve been on the other side—waiting on a contractor who stopped responding, then didn't show up on the agreed date with no explanation - causing me to do the job myself (while working 50+ hours a week for a corporation). It’s frustrating, and it’s not how people should be treated. That’s why I prioritize clear communication, showing up when I say I will, and following through until the job is truly complete. No shortcuts, no disappearing, and no leaving a mess behind—just honest work and respect for your time and home.

 When I’m not working, I’m usually doing one of four things: hanging out with my wife, exercising, tinkering with something around the house, or being supervised by three cats who firmly believe they’re in charge.
